Calling for help in an emergency should be the easy step. These are the commitments behind the number on this site, and the limits of them, stated in the same breath.
A real person, day or night
This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
The connection costs you nothing
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
A licensed contractor who works locally
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Euclid area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
One call fixes a bad match
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
The honest limit of all of this
To be plain: nothing here warrants or guarantees work performed by any contractor. They are independent, the agreement is yours with them, and the guarantee you can rely on is the one they put in writing.
